helpful staff great variety uncomfortable room below expectations
The staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with our needs. The breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks.
The room was not very comfortable because the air conditioning unit was far from the sleeping area. It did not function well, so it was hot. The price for the value was below our expectations (i felt a little disappointed).

A Quiet Oasis in the Medina

beautiful courtyard roaring fire firm mattress silent night
The courtyard and pool area are beautiful. I enjoyed listening to birds. The dining and lounge area has a roaring fire. The family room included a separate bathroom. The beds provided a firm mattress. At night, it was silent. I slept well for three nights.
The riad is located further out in the Medina, so a walk to the souks takes about 15-20 minutes
Service

The staff was friendly. Mohammed was helpful and accommodating. He helped us arrange an early breakfast before our Atlas mountain trip. Gaelle, the owner, responded to queries quickly.
Location
8/10
The hotel is in the top left corner of the Medina. The area outside the Medina gate has taxi drop-offs. We felt safe. The riad is about 15-20 minutes on foot from the souks.
Rooms
10/10
The family suite had two bedrooms and a sitting area. There was a separate bathroom and shower. Air conditioning cooled the main room. The design showed attention to detail. Surroundings are elegant.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast consisted of fresh orange juice, pancakes, bread, yoghurt, and fruit. We had coffee and tea. We ate dinner here and it was superb. The orange juice came from orange trees.
